Renee Carlson

Renee is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 1986. She received her Masters degree in Physical therapy from the University of the Pacific in 1990. Her career as a physical therapist has spanned 19 years in the San Diego area with an emphasis in neurological rehabilitation as well as orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Renee was introduced to Pilates 4 years ago and has embraced its holistic and mindful exercise approach in her own body as well as her client's bodies. She is a certified instructor through the Stott Pilates training program. She enjoys infusing her physical therapy knowledge and experience with the Pilates approach to see profound results in her clients of all ages and ability levels. She has seen excellent results in the adolescent, athletic, elderly, and rehabilitation population that she has treated.

Vicki Carrol - Pilates instructor
Vicki is a Body Arts and Science International graduate with a comprehensive certification and over 10 years experience in the Pilates Method. Enthusiastic and passionate is the way to describe Vicki’s dedication to her Pilates clients. Her creativity and thorough understanding of the Pilates Method enables her to construct a personalized program that is structured for her client’s needs. Vicki is dedicated to maintaining the essence of the original body of work as introduced by Joseph and Clara Pilates while offering a contemporary exercise approach as
it fits into today’s lifestyle. Vicki is herself a fitness enthusiast with a routine of Pilates and Spin Cycling classes several times per week. She enjoys helping others achieve health and fitness goals that she finds so important in her life as well. She continues to educate herself for the benefit of her own professional growth and to create a progressive and evolving workout for her clients.

Yoga
Gina Bolles -Yoga instructor

Gina is a professional dancer and Registered Yoga Teacher. While working toward her Masters of Fine Arts in Dance at the University of Oregon,
Gina was inspired by the physical, emotional, and mental transformation she felt as a practitioner of Yoga. She embarked on her Yoga Teacher Training with a deep desire to share this powerful practice with others. Her study and practice are largely inspired by teachers Gerhard Gessner and Jeanie Carlstead, and focus on the Vinyasa, Anusara‐Inspired Flow, and Hatha styles of Yoga. In addition to teaching Yoga, Gina teaches dance at the Coronado School of Fine Arts and Chula Vista School of Creative and Performing Arts
