Class Descriptions
Pilates: incorporates both mat and reformer exercises in a 55 minute session. (Maximum of 5 people in a class.)
Yoga: Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga clasess in a 55 minute session. Hatha is a gentle and integrated sequence of physical postures, pranayama breath and relaxation. Vinyasa is a dynamic and high energy class that integrates breath and movement. (Maximum of 5 people in a class)
